I know, it's a little early to be thinking about Christmas, but I said that last year too and it got away from me! I am absolutely thrilled with this little purse made in a 5x7 hoop. The purse design as well as the Santa are from Kreative Kiwi (separate designs). I don't have a clue as to where I got the reindeer. This was so super easy to make and I love how it turned out! Thank you Kreative Kiwi!! And thanks for looking!

~Pam

That's a lovely bag. Arya will be very happy to receive it next Christmas season. And I agree, Kreative Kiwi has wonderful designs - and many in the hoop. Thanks for sharing - Maria

Just bought the purse design on sale at Kreative Kiwi but I couldn't find the santa. I can't wait to make the purse. Yours is so cute! Great Job!

The Santa is under the members freebies. I THINK, I could be wrong, but I think all you have to do is sign up for the newsletter to become a member. Her designs are awesome.
Santa is a split design on a purse or tote, I don't remember. But again, its awesome

Thanks so much! I downloaded the Santa and a lot of other wonderful free designs!

Aren't they absolutely wonderful! Everything I have sewn out from her site is just great!
by pamelahess 10 Jun 2017
Oh one more thing...I made the smaller bag, the 5x7 so I had to shrink the Santa down to fit. There were absolutely no issues or distortions when I did this.

Pamela, how did you get the scallop stitches on the other side of the Santa? The original design has flowers. Just curious.

I deleted the flowers (they are easily found in the sewing order in my Embrilliance program) and then copied the scalloped stitches, inverted them and pasted. I then moved them up to the same location/order the flowers were in before I deleted them. It was really easy to do.
