These are called Melancholy Baby 359 and 360. The two newest Melancholys from Vicki at Basketkase. Cute huh! Going in my stash of quilt blocks. :)

The designs are very pretty. 360 squares that's a lot! I wonder what your plans are, are you going to use strips and borders, mix filled and outline blocks in one quilt or decide on two. It will no doubt turn out to be lovely.

Thanks Martine! I am only going to use the full color designs for my big quilt. Am thinking to do it as a rag quilt with colorful fabric on the back, so it will frame out the cream muslin on the front. I made a couple smaller quilts with the one color designs. I now give the one color designs to a friend of mine. She makes small preemie quilts for the moms to take home and sleep with, then the moms take them back to the hospital so the baby has her scent with them. I give her lots of small designs to use in these mini quilts, since she doesn't have an embroidery machine! (YET!) Hugs and flowers to you and to all! Sherry
