Asterixsew is right: it is Papyrus. I have Pe design software, and when I want to make a text it's possible to use the fonts that are in my PC. Perhaps you can do that too. there are sites that offer free fonts you can install on the Pc. perhaps that works for you too. Good luck :)

Windows has Papyrus in Word, however, it is not easy to use Font Engine (Embird) or Quick Font (Pfaff/Husqvarna) or something like that as it does not have a crisp outline.
