Please can anyone help? I am having problems of getting a photo off my phone onto Cute. I was able to send a picture to my old email, dl it and save onto my desktop and then on here to share what I had made. BUT the email I used ceased at the end of last month and the email I now have adds the picture to the email and not as an attachment. It will be a few weeks before I see our younger daughter who is my IT expert. If anyone has ideas to help I would be delighted to know. Thanks for reading

Not sure if this will help, but try to download straight from your phone to the desktop. May be if this does not work, try downloading from your phone to the photo section on your computer and then you should be able to put that also on the desk top. Then click and drag to cute. Hope it may work for you. Sandra.

My 8 yr old granddaughter showed me how. Do a Google search on "how to capture a cell phone screen". Depending on the type of phone and year the directions may be different from those for my phone. It's a matter of holding 2 buttons down at the same time. Easy when you know how. Have fun

I would copy the picture of your phone directly to the desktop, perhaps you have a cable that fits in the phone and in the USB of the PC or laptop so you can copy the picture to the desktop. that should have to work... Hugs Gerry

I wonder if in your new e-mail you could right click on the picture and find a copy and paste and get it to your desktop that way.
