I'm new to embroidery and new to the whole design thing. I bought the masterworks II and I can navigate thru it almost well. The biggest issue in having is how to edit a design that is already saved. I'm using the babylock file that I saved but I can't get the properties box to come up where I can make changes. Any ideas?

Welcome to Cute. I am not familiar with Masterworks but hopefully someone will come along and know how to help. Keep in mind for the future that your post would have been better in the category digitizing. I hope you get your answer soon. Also contacting manufacturer might be helpful.

Have you tried YouTube for help videos of you software? Most of the software programs have some of these. Or email the company with your question. I am not familiar at all with Masterworks. Good luck. Hugs. Nan W

Welcome to Cuties!
I've never heard of Masterworks before, so I looked up their website. I see that they offer turtorials about it that might help you. Also, I see that YouTube has several videos. I just had to be careful to put "masterworks embroidery software" in the search engine. It looks like a very powerful software program...which sometimes means "complicated" to me. I hope you solve your problem and I look forward to seeing what you create!

Congrats and welcome to the Cute family. You chose a wonderful machine. Babylocks are user friendly and sturdy machines. I am hopeless with digitizing unfortunately. You can also go back to the dealer where you bought the software and they will help you with any questions. Youtube videos are usually a big help, but I think if you can get someone to work through it with you, you will feel better. Let us know how you make out.
