I have been away for so long I can't remember how to post but will try again some time ago I started a quilt with paper piecing and progressed as per 1st pic. Then unpicked it all because I did not like it anyway 2nd pic shows completed quilt it has taken ages with stoppages for two trips to Ireland to help daughter. Some blocks quilted in hoop some borders done with continuous hoop some with free motion quilting. The centre part of the first try will be made into a machi e cover

I'm a big fan of combining quilting with ME and your fabulous quilt really shows off how wonderful the results can be. Paper piecing can be tedious, but the results are worth the effort! Love it!

Thank you for your kind d words. It's the first time I did paper piecing really enjoyed it. Took a leaf out of my granddaughter's book and watched a video on u tube to get an idea on how it was done. I think it turned out ok a few errors but I learnt a lot never too old to learn
