I hired a lady to come to my house in May 2016.....she spent the whole day with me teaching me how to hoop.....I could not have done that 144 hat order without her knowledge...even the digitizing is different for hats than for regular embroidery, her lessons were invaluable..
I remember your saying that you had an expert come to your home and teach you...I will have to do some research for sure!
