Another ith monogram purse, had a bit of problem finishing this, am not sure if it was the thread, kept on breaking or the lining I used which was polyester. But with patience, I managed to finish it, hope it does not look too bad. Hugs, Mary

Very cute. I've been making for a gift stash. My thread kept breaking until I realized it was the metallic fabric..the metallic threads woven thru the fabric was the cause. I changed to size 19 needle (yes, sz 19--from treadle machine days) and had no problems thereafter.

Thank you. I do think it has something to do with the lining fabric I used. Will try to use a bigger size needle next time and see how it works.
