Calling all cooks. I am looking for the recipe and or ingredient ratio for making Self Raising Flour.. I am having trouble finding Gluten Free S.R Flour in Coles here in Sydney so I thought I'd make my own lol big idea.. no idea how. TIA Marian

I just checked the link to the King Arthur recipe and it is NOT gluten free. I believe they do sell their own product but it would be very expensive to ship. I did find a recipe at food.com....if you google it. Not sure what ingredients are common to your area but if you goodle GF self rising flour, you should find several recipes that might be just what you need.

I never did it with glutenfree flour, but I add 1 tablespoon bakibg powder to 1/2 kg flour.
