Well, I've finally finished all 8 of the Table runners for my Christmas ladies lunch this year.
I've taken out Meg's because she will look at this post and I don't want her to see hers!!!!!!
It's been bitterly cold here in Newcastle for the past week. I was only commenting to Jerrilyn what whacky weather patterns the world is experiencing!
Off to church soon, so I better go have a shower and wash and blow dry the hair. I've had it cut short so it doesn't take longer than 5 minutes to blow-dry now.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Love Chris
P.S. The colours of each runner was chosen by each lady. They just don't know how it's been put together. This is a Sweetpea design. Please excuse my boots and the camera clock is still on Daylight Savings Time, it's actually only just now 7.50am!
My table runner is the Navy one! Mum's is the pale blue one, the aqua one is Mum's 89 year old friend Val, the Teal one is Stasia's, the red, blue and gold is Sue's. The autumnal one is Kaye's, the red, green and silver is Chris Munroe's and of course Meg's is missing!!
The finished size is roughly 30 ins x 8 ins, these ones were made in the 5x7 hoop, but they do have larger sizes as well.

We are even cold here in Brisbane the last few days. Not as bad as out West though but enough to make you put on a track suit. Last weekend I was in shorts and T shirt.
Can't believe you were in shorts and a T shirt in the middle of winter, that's amazing. Love Chris
You are right though about the weather being nearly as cold as Hobart, we certainly haven't been this cold in a very long time. Thank you for commenting. Love Chris
Hugs, Lidia
They look fabulous Chris, the girls will love them, but they all love everything you make for them. xxxxxx
hugs, me
PS, it's nearly finished, I'm so excited.
It is cold in Melbourne too, but we use a wood burning stove to keep us warm day and night! - Hugs
