Believe it will be one letter at a time as is usual in this type of hunt...
Megtanne has given a gr8 clue & since julia's clue was only 4 letter A I would say 1 letter at a time *4U Teri

Thanks for the link! It didn't take me too long to find it. I started at the bottom of the index page and started looking for anything that sounded southern, vegetable or holiday. Should have read meganne's post first. :-)
