Made corn relish this morning. Now on to chili sauce, pickled beets and hamburger relish. Thanks heavens the weather is a bit cooler to do this. Thanks for looking. Hugs Lynn

I'm doing much the same here in Oliver, BC. This year our garden just keeps on producing in abundance. God is so good and we have buckets of what we can't use to bless others. Right now the tomatoes and zucchini are going crazy as are the cucumbers. I picked our first hubbard squash this morning...23.3 lbs!! Enjoy the fruit of your labours. Avis

Thanks, Avis. It is nice to have over the winter. Our crops here are in abundance because of the great weather we have had this year. Lynn
Bonjour de France. Dans le Gers c'est la grosse période des tomates courgettes melons et surtout les haricots verts. Tout cela fini comme chez vous en conserve. C'est très agréable d'avoir un jardin.

It is great on a hamburger or on a plate with roast beef dinner.

That sounds great. Relish looks delish. LOL. I do not have a garden now and I do miss the canning season. Too bad I am a little too far down the highway. Hugs.

I have always enjoyed canning. Don't do as much now as I use to, now the kids are married. Still it is nice to have over the winter months.Hugs
