It is a simple triangle fastened with Kam Snaps. (Her ID tag is vinyl with a snap as well - lasts much better than a metal one!)

I am in love with Meg! Yes she is certainly a Wonder Dog for sure. I just watched her videos and she is so smart and adorable. Keep up the good work Meg!
