In our embroidery, and in life, perspective really is everything. We had quite a bit of rain last night and I have just spent an hour plus in the yard with my pickup stick getting up the limbs, pine cones and other detritus of last evening. When I first set out, I was irritated by the occasional wind through the trees that caused a bit of water to fall on me. After I had walked the entire property and was fully sweated out, the last thing I did was to trim parts of five limbs that hang low over my drive. As I pulled down the largest one, it gave me a delightful spray of water, all over eyeglasses and everything. It was wonderful. I appreciated the coolness and the wetness of it. It was refreshing. It's all in our perspective!
