Sorry I don't know this one. Have you tried to ask Heather what it's called, she has a facebook group you could post it on or go to her site and contact her there.

If you look closely, there is thread connecting the letters, but some of the letters are so close that it is hardly visible. You can see it clearly if you look at the connection between the B and the O. Some machines now can automatically cut joining threads too.
