Asking for help from cuties near Payson, AZ /USA
Short story - placed an order 7 days ago an payed. No response to payment or email. If the shop is on vacation it is not staded on the website and I would not like to rush them in case of family issues, but I can not keep my patience. Would there be a native speaking cutie willing to call the shop to clear if they are still in buisness? I would send phone of the shop per PM. Or am I to impartient.

Without extra charges, anyone in the USA should be able to use a cell phone to call anyone else in the USA (provided they have enough "talk time" to spare). I can try to help but not until Tuesday.
There are some shops that take quite some time to return messages. If they regularly offer free designs, they could be sifting through hundreds or thousands of mail before they see your message. I would think that you have waited long enough though (depending on the website) but I don't think you will get an answer over the weekend.
