I'm not sure I understand. What part is not down loading? I usually down load in Art, but my software will convert most formats. Will your software allow you to download in DST or exp. I have been told that a lot of designers use those formats. Perhaps Veronika could tell us which format her designs are digitized in.

I too am not sure I understand your problem. On some sites I download and find nothing in the zip file. I have found that if I click on Tools, Internet Options, Delete, Delete Temporary Internet Files and then re-download the zip file everything is okay. If you are talking about this site I don't know what the problem is since it isn't a zip file. If you can convert I would try downloading a different format.

sorry but I download always in Pes format without a problem.at some sites I cann't open it, because my PE-design is an old version but then I open it in the program Buzz-edit. Hope this works for you *4u

Sorry I didn't explain properly it is the "Designs" on this site. It starts to d/l the pes format but it doesn't finish the d/l. I have the conversion programmes so I can d/l in other formats. I'm doing it in hus which does it right away.

I have read about this and although I don't download in PES if my memory serves me, it has to do with trying to download a new version design with older software. I think you have to upgrade your software to be able to download in pes where the designs were digitized in the newer format.

Mine too... only on this site. I DL HUS or another format instead.

I too have trouble with the PES format only dl to around 95% or so and then just sit there.
