Here in Tennessee, we are starting to get the winds from Harvey. My hubby said it is natures way of trimming the trees and watering the yard. I just hope it isn't so bad that it wrecks havoc on everyone.

Should be ok! Moved through here yesterday and wasn't bad. (Far N/E Louisiana) I feel like we were spared. Prayers that you will be too!

We were experiencing the very outer bands here in NW FL for the last 3 days and very grateful we were not any closer. Stay safe and dry.

I am just astounded that the winds from Hurricane Harvey reached so far here into NW Georgia. Yesterday morning the trees looked like a severe thunderstorm was brewing. Today we have a steady fluttering. We only had a few slight rain showers giving less that an inch of rain, but Texas is a looooooog way from here.
(I don't mean to be flippant with all of the devastation but I find humor can lighten lots of situations) They should have known better than to name it after a man. It didn't ask for directions, it wandered all over the place leaving a mess and didn't pick up after itself.
