seems that i am only churning out presents lately! Finished a couple of more items for my daughter's teachers at summer school.... here school starts in 3 weeks time... Love the make-up bags, need to make one for me... so happy the way they turned out and also cause i managed to use scrap fabric which went well with some drill fabric that was slightly discolored in some distinct places...i hit two birds with one stone! the pineapple one is my favorite - needed to use a brighter colored thread for the leaves on the middle fruit... the other tropic designs i found that they were way too thick- i did reduce the designs from their original size - i think i am more of an applique girl :)
