My big sister dropped this owl fabric off yesterday and told me that she needed a bag to send to her great granddaughter in Australia by the end of the week. As little sisters always do as they are told, I came up with this. I digitised an applique owl in a similar style to those on the fabric to decorate the pocket. The bag was made almost entirely in the hoop - I just needed to stitch across the bottom corners and stitch the last seam in the lining. I hope I get brownie points when she comes back on Friday!
