Designsbysick.com has some think they are called pan handlers. Don't know if ITH or not.

I can't find one for you, but what about a luggage spotter design? I think Oregon Patchworks has one that is free

You know what I have used? I bought a pot holder from dollar tree. I stitched a hot pepper design on one half of the pot holder. I folded in half and stitched the one long side and bottom end. Slips over your pan handle great.

Sounds good to me. Yes , I made some towel holders using them also. The loop has to be in the middle top and sew a button on the back to complete. Remember that you do not cut the towel in half. Kay

They can also be used for glass cases, for those that have a small 4x4 not able to hoop the ITH kind. They can do like the pan handler and emb on half the potholder before sewing it folded.
