I did put it in the garage because of so much rain this summer. They don't need much water.

It is enormous & a different shade of mauve to mine which flower in May in Australia.
Here is a photo of my yellow one which has a sport ( a different colour on the same plant).

mine is in a pot on the porch and has leaves as many as yours it is about 30yrs old, but, just has one flower every time it blooms, didn't know it was called Christmas.....wendy

We call them Zygocactus here in Australia. My Mum has quite a few of them. Yours is a beautiful specimen. Love Chris

yes, i have 3; white mostly, that bloom about this time every year; dont know why we call them christmas cactus, as they bloom throughout the year too.
