I hope I am able to ask this question here. I feel like have been reaching out for help and keep getting my hand smacked on other sites! I am look for an in the hoop U.S. passport holde - case - cover whatever you choose to call it for a family of 4. I have attached a picture of what I am seeking however, this is to purchase the finished product. If anyone knows of where I might find such a project it would be amazing! Thank you in advance for any assistance you are willing to send my way!

Welcome to Cute!- I will go see if I can find something and sure others will be coming by to welcome you and to hopefully also be able to help steer you to someone with an In The Hoop design that could serve the similar purpose. Once again welcome! Pam

Here is a link to instructions to make a single, but only the designs are in the hoop. You can probably adapt it to fit 4. Hugs. Nan W

Welcome to this great site Camper. We have some very talented ladies on here and I'm sure someone will come along soon and help you out. If not there is always the option of making one yourself. Just by measuring the size of the Passports and allowing a seam allowance there are a lot of "How to's" on YouTube. Good luck and I hope someone can help you. Love Chris

You could contact a digitizer, such as basketkase on this site, to see if they would be willing to digitize it for you for a fee. To send any of us a Private Message, click on Inbox at top of the page, then type the person's name. Good luck with it all and welcome to Cute.

Welcome to Cute. I just want to make sure we get it right. You want to purchase it already done or do you want to a design to do it yourself?

I am understanding you would like to purchase something like this, already made. If you sew, it shouldn't be hard at all. If you don't sew, take this photo to a seamstress, in your area. She should be able to make one for you. It looks like it folds up. The part lying against your trivet looks thick to me. Do you know if it has something inside to support it or pad it? When do you need it?

I am overwhelmed by all your encouragement and thank you all for the kind and warm welcome! This site sure does not seem like some I have been on, you all seem so nice and willing to help. I am self taught and always willing to learn. Thank you all for being so nice and willing to help! I am sorry I was not clear on my request! I am looking for an embroidery design that would be an in the hoop project. I have seen a sewing pattern however, I am not sure if I am that confident in my sewing skills.

You will need an embroidery machine with a large embroidery FIELD.

I have a 10 X 12 embroidery Field so I think I should be ok! I have done purses larger than the dimensions of this project.

Welcome to Cute. There are so many helpful and friendly people here someone is sure to be able to help out.
What is the largest size hoop you have? That will determine if you could do this in the hoop or not. This particular design has top stitching on the pockets and around the outside so you may need to finish those parts with your machine if you want that look

hi from Australia. I think that you should give yourself a bit more credit and have a try at the the pattern using the links below. I use the good old You Tube a bit and it quite often helps to solve a tricky problem. I typed the words 'passport holder pattern' into the YouTube search bar and saw lots, but didn't actually look at them. Good luck and let us know if you decide to make one. Welcome to Cute.

I have found some good cases that may work for your needs on moosebstitchin.net, and on embroidery garden. They won't be labeled as passport cases, but the dimensions may be just right for one.
Welcome to Cute, and please know there isn't any hand-slapping here.

I was asked to design one to take UK passports. If they are the same size this might help. It is available from my Facebook group. Engineered in Stitches.
