Doily using Sue Box's designs: Versatile Doily 4 (smallest size) and Roses 3 (smallest size). This fit in my 240X150 hoop. Finished measurement: 5" wide and just short of 8" long. It's good to be sewing again now that summer has gone and garden etc. is out of the way. With all the fires we had in BC this year there were other things that kept us very busy. In spite of it all "God has proven that He is faithful". Blessings to you all. Avis

Since I don't digitize I have to depend on the talent of others. Right now small items are great for upcoming hostess gifts and I enjoy playing around with what others have taken the time to make available for us. Thanks for your comment and encouragement. Be blessed, Avis

Very pretty, love the colours, and the edge is great. I guess you used water soluble that makes all the difference.

Thank you for your encouraging comment. Yes, I used w/s after I had also well starched the fabric. It was a rather loosely woven linen and needed the support. The colours were close to what was given with the original design, but now having watched how it stitched out I may make other coloured roses another time!! I appreciate your comment and wish you a blessed day. Avis

Lidia, how nice of you to say that. I always think that your combinations are spectacular and it looks like I have many of the same designs that you have, and now I look at them through different eyes. Thanks again and be blessed today. Avis

Absolutely beautiful!
I digitised quite a few frames and saved them in files named square/rectangle or round/oval or fantasy. I also made one in the shape you show as it reminded me of a tray my gran had: white ceramic with flowers and a metal galleried frame; that one is in a file "GrannyR".

How special! That frame will always bring special memories to you. This one of Sue's comes in 3 sizes so I must do something with them now that I'm at my machine again. Thank you for your encouragement. I wish I knew how to digitize; however, I enjoy what others have done. Have a wonderfully blessed day. Avis
