can someone tell me what emb library means , i got a message saying that dec.1, i can't order or get into my designs anymore, because i don't have the right computer, , has anyone else gotten this message?? i can't afford to buy a new computer, mine is a vista ? my daughter says it is fine , for what i do with it, please reply . thank you , doris

I am with Gerry. This is probably a scammer e-mail. Ignore it and go to the site yourself and NOT from a link in the message

thanks angie, i have never gotten a email from them before about anything, hope your rite. i would feel better if i was not the only one who got this, i will try to email them tommorow , doris

Use the link Gerry gave and go to the website. Look up above the Embroidery Library logo. You will find "MESSAGE CENTER" Click on that and check for the message there. If they have the same one there -- let us know.

i went to my message center, there is not anything there like the email i got. this is scarey, am i the only one who got this message ?? please let me know if anyone of you got a message like this , thanks doris
Doris, don't panic. I am sure there is something that can be worked out. Gerryb got the same message -- so you are not alone.

you can clear this up by going to their website (not a link in the email received!) contact them and ask straight from the source. My guess is it is a scam. That's what they do work OFF OF FEAR!

Got the same notice. I have VISTA computer & they said since Microsoft does not support VISTA any longer, it is a security risk. I really hate this as I love Embroidery Library, but can not buy a new computer! Yes, the notice is also on their web site. I may check off & on via a tablet, but can assure you I won't be going to the site as often or making purchases as often...I am rarely on the table, which has Windows 10.

I have sent off an email to ask for all the info... I couldn't find the message on their website. I wonder if it is only given out to Vista (and older operating systems) users.
it is. Was an email as well as a banner across the top when I went to the site.
