here's a couple of wedding designs I have just finished. Envelope from Urban Threads & horse shoe from U & I.O.k for 1st attempt at both designs I think. The button the envelope cost me $8.00 Aus So hope she doesn't just throw it away. LOL.

Very lovely. The embellishments give a finishing touch. Nicely done.

These are so beautiful. I accidentally enlarged the photo of the envelope and everything about it is perfectly sewn out. I would very much like to make the horse shoe but don't know where to get the design. I googled U & I.O.k but no luck! Please can you help. thank you. Liz

Just beautiful Irene, the lady receiving them will love them. Buttons cost a fortune here, don't they? Love Chris

Thanks Chris & yes buttons aren't cheap here. The 1 I picked out 1st which I really liked was $16.99. I nearly fell over when I was told the price LOL so I put it back & got the other 1

Thanks Meg. I take that as a real compliment coming from you & it inspires me. LOL. I thought these projects were doomed from the start as I had woes with the machine not wanting to sew (lucky I have another 1 the same) so that went for a service, then I ran out of thread & none in my stash so had to get some more & start again, then wasn't sure about sewing the envelope together or putting the flowers on the horse shoe but it all came together in the end. Now onto the towels & place mats. Irene

Love the fsl envelope and horse shoe, can't you do a fsl butterfly for the button it will save you a few dollars. Hope you don't mind the suggestion, I am sure there are some small lace butterflies out there.

I can not imagine this ever to be thrown away. It is so beautiful, specially the envelope. Love the horseshoe as well, but the envelope is my favorite.
