Don't know the German, but you'd want maybe a brand name that is offered in Germany? Does Bernina have a brand of stabilizers?

Stickvlies zum Abschneiden is Cut Away,
Reißvlies is tearaway,
Stickvlies wasserlöslich is wash away.
You might try amazon. They have alot of stabilizers.
