Notice how kids clothes sometime don't come with pockets......now you can add one......each design comes with instructions on how to make them.....the pocket is done first in a 4x4 frame, then you move to a 5x7 frame and stitch on the garment and then the pocket gets attached to the garment without removing the garment from hoop so everything lines up.....Jim is in the process of putting these up on my website now...Enjoy and Merry Christmas to all!!!

I like the designs, but are they like appliques cut them from 4x4 hoop then change to 5x7 hoop for garment attachment. I don't quite understand.

First you hoop a 4x4 hoop with tearaway stabilizer, this will be the pocket and yes it is done similar to an applique....then you hoop the garment with stabilizer of your choice and stitch the garment design, a placement stitch outlines where the pocket is to be placed after the garment stitching is done, you pin the pocket lining it up with the placement stitch and the machine will then attach the pocket to the garment.......the designs come with instructions.....

Adorable springy critters!! You could make them a Spring design with "Happy Spring" stitched around outside of pocket! Too cute!!

They make me want to add a pocket to clothes that already have a pocket! Cute idea!
