Your foldaway bags would be great can't have to many, or neck pillows the peanut shape or boomerang style. You could emb a little palm tree on them.

I'm thinking that since you are going to Fl many will probably be at the beach or swimming so how about a drawstring bag to put wet suits in--or shells, etc. I think you could use that waterproof/vinyl fabric and i have seen some cute designs like bikinis, different shells, and so on if you have time to emb them. Have fun and safe travels.

Microwave bags for sore muscles or warmth for the return trip.
For those that love clean hands -- a purse sized pretty pouch to hold wet wipes.
"Monogrammed" hankies that just say the year and FL.
Sewing kits.
Money belt or pouch.
A zipped bag big enough for a novel and a phone -- on a string or narrow strip of fabric for a concealed cross-over that goes anyplace.
Lanyards.
Crochet or knitting needle pouch (folded and tied so they won't fall out).
Scented sachet for their luggage.

Sleep mask.
Ear muffs to block sound as they sleep.
Sunscreen in a small pouch.

Hi Toogie, I made a couple of travel sewing foldy type things for presents this Christmas.

Just thought of another idea for you. How about washcloths (facecloths) with scrubbies in them? Sick has several sets of these, some for kitchen dishcloths, but any basic appliqué design will work. They are quick and easy to make. Hugs. Nan
