Hope everyone had a great holiday season. I was over the moon with my new grand daughter. She is so precious. Grand parenting is the greatest feeling. This is the first xmas stocking I made for her. It will be used at her home, I will make another to add to our stockings here. I was very pleased wih the outcome.
thanks for peeking
hugs and happy new year to all
Michelle

What beautiful work - oh, and lovely stocking stitching. Was the main fabric one fabric or two, layered? It has interesting texture.

Your granddaughter is adorable, Michelle...and so is the stocking! Love the addition of the fur across the top and who doesn't love jingle bells!

Santa must have big plans on filling a stocking that big!!! Love it. You did a great job on it. Grand daughter is adorable. Locks as though she likes the stocking as well.

Beautiful, both the baby and the stocking.
I'm glad to hear this one goes to her house. A bit of advice from one grandmother to the next. Make the stocking for your house smaller.....you may have lots more grandchildren and stockings to fill!-lol

Sofia is so adorable and so is the stocking! I love the fur, bells and poms. I am in a deep search for the snowman and tree design. Great job. Hugs, Suzanna
