hmmm I'm having pc probs too, have to turn off my firewall to access the net, have done all the recommeded things but still no joy. Ho Hum as they say, but hope you make friends again with your printer Jo

I'm sorry to hear that. Any teenagers nearby? I wish I were a lttle more tech savvy, but I have to depend on DH
or a younger person to help me out with those issues.

All you beautiful people who are having computer/printer problems, try this *stress reduction kit*, haha. Only kidding, please, please don't try it, I don't want you all to have a huge headache! Monica, mine did that last month - but I unplugged it and plugged it back in - turned my PC off and on - then it came back - hope yours is that easy. LOL
