Every year these beautiful owls return to the same spot near our home. Sometimes a different tree. Their two chicks have been spotted but I have not see them as yet.

I think owls are so majestic looking. At night we can sometimes hear them, but rarely see them.

And aren't they magnificent? I wish our Kookabura would just sit nicely like your owls. He keeps bashing at ours and our neighbours windows! We just want him to go away. We've got the hole covered in the gum tree, Trevor has placed spikes on there and he still comes and manages to perch on it and then attack our back deck windows! Hopefully, he will disappear soon when Autumn comes! Love Chris

These are the parents. The chicks have been spotted but I have not seen them yet
