Hello all you wonderful cuties!!
Here is my update. It has been a whirl wind of doctors. I saw the oncologist, the radiologist, and the surgeon twice. I am scheduled for breast cancer surgery on the 31st. I check in at 8 in the morning and they have two more procedures to do before surgery and then the surgery at noon. I will not get out until 4 or 5 at night.
Then I have to wait for the pathologist to do their thing that takes 2 weeks before I know anything.
No one knows what treatments I will have until that report. I know I have to have 7 weeks of radiation and be on a pill for up to 10 years. Chemo is still up in the air. I am hoping for negative lymph nodes.. I am not really thrilled at the thought of Chemo. But I must do what I have to do.
Everyone has been so kind! You all touch my heart. I thank you all for your prayers also. They mean a lot to me. I feel them wrapping around me.
I will keep you all updated when I can.

Dear Suzanne, it is so frightening knowing what is in front of you and my prayer is that you know and feel the presence of our loving Father. May his arms encompass you and keep your mind at peace. You are right when you say you can feel them wrapping around you. There are so many on here who are praying for you and a good outcome.

The 31st must seem like almost tomorrow and a year away at the same time. When the day has come and gone, you'll be on your way back toward wellness. Visualize all those little bad cells being pelted by the chemo. Visualize flowers or whatever is beautiful to you. Let that be your focal point through the drudgery! We are all praying for great outcome and the fewest problems, and for the new life you're working toward.

Prayers and hugs to you. Keep positive thoughts always. I have a dear friend who has had 4 cancers over the years. She turned 88 in Dec. In October she had knee surgery and did great. He attitude is amazing to me always positive!!!
