Here is a pencil holder. Granddaughter, Vivian, picked out the materials she wanted it to be stitched with. It is about 11x7, so it will hold bunches of pencils, crayons and markers (or a lot of Valentine pencils - lol)!!! Thanks for looking! Hugs, Laura

They are so cute at that age. I think my niece was just a little bit older than your granddaughter when she started picking out the fabrics and thread. Loves to help me with projects. " What color do you need now" or "How about this fabric?" She is now eight and has started learning how to sew. I hope your granddaughter continues her interest. It is so nice having a "helper"
