Congratulations on your 50,000 flowers, a great milestone and now onwards to the next.

So, what are they for? You can thank someone for the information they have provided. You can click the flower to mark entries you have read and don't need to go back to (like a bookmark). You can say hi or indicate agreement with a flower. Etcetera. Also, when you see someone commenting who has a large number of flowers, you can be sure they have been around here awhile and probably have been stitching a long while and might have much helpful info to offer. When someone has almost no flowers, they might be a newbie and need welcoming or encouragement! Then there is the group with few flowers who call themselves the lurkers - they look a lot and say little. Have fun with flowers!

Congratulations. I have been here since 2008 too. You have done a lot better than I. I mainly use flowers as a reminder as graceandham has pointed out. Does anyone remember all those years ago when we had a button to click to bring up our posts and one to click to bring the posts to which we had commented. I missed that feature when the site changed. I must confess I am a "lurker". Hugs and flowers to all.

Well done, I just went through everyone of your posts since you started and gave you quite a few more flowers! I think you are great in all that you do to help us Cuties with computer issues and I know it's a thankless task keeping hundreds and hundreds of posts "in order".
