Good afternoon Cuties! I wanted to show you where we've been today. Avery had a Valentine Sock Hop at school. Here she is, in her 50's poodle skirt, in her room ready to par-ty! ..photo#1

This place sure goes all out for these kids. The music was when I was young and they played at the roller skating rink.-lol

3-Nora wanted a picture with Papa and those old cars

Yes, it has Karen. I was thinking, how many people can honestly say they have this much fun at 'work'?-lol They enjoy it and get to be young again with the kids. Wish you were here too!

Toogie, thanks for letting us all share in your very happy family moments. This place you found for Avery is just wonderful, they are so caring. Nothing seems to be any trouble for them to make everyone so happy and fulfil their lives with joy. Avery just looks so happy to be there ,and be included.

Avery has always been active, going and doing everything with her family, so she loves all these activities they have at her school. She loved the music and us twirling her chair around to the tune. Of course, there was a lot of Elvis tunes played and she loves Elvis!

They really do go all out. I didn't show the tables where we sat. They were round with red or black tablecloths. They had a centerpiece with a huge plastic record underneath and also I music note balloon floating high above. They had music confetti sprinkled on top.
I told you all how she has grown and got too heavy for us! Thanks for sharing in our happiness.

Oh! Toogie, these are gorgeous pictures. I'm so happy for you all that Avery has settled so well. I love the Poodle skirt and I gather you made it for her! Such wonderful caring staff there and I know this puts Ashley's mind at rest. Thanks for sharing, love Chris

You guessed wrong, the school provided the outfits. I guess they have done this before, so saved the outfits for the occasion. It is a great relief knowing Avery is taken care of, by such sensitive, caring people.

They do so much for these kids, to make every day special. They 'danced' with the kids and so did we. I would have been nauseous, spinning my wheelchair if I had one, but they squealed with delight.

Wow. The smile on Avery's face says it all! I can only imagine how relieved you must feel at how loving and caring the staff is. The decorations are awesome. I remember how apprehensive you were last summer when Avery first went there. Avery is blossoming into a beautiful young lady. Praising the Lord for his miracles. Did you make Avery's outfit? She is adorable in it! And such a lovely family. You are very blessed.

No, I didn't have to make Avery's outfit. Her teacher told mom they had everything for her. All the girls had these outfits and looked marvelous. We are so thankful and you are correct, so blessed, to have found this place.

They almost wore their 50's dress but Ashley said she had to leave so early to get Avery ready, she didn't even try to get the others and herself done. It started at 9:30 am and its an hours drive to the school so.....thanks for looking
