I want to thank you all so very much for supporting me through all these challenges of my life. Losing both Mom and Dad within 6 days was probably more of a relief that they were together. It worked beautifully as God had designed. He is faithful.
Losing them has been hard, but truly this hasn't been nearly as hard as losing our Ben. There is something about losing a child that just shouldn't be. Kids are supposed to live past their parents. To lose a child to an accident make it harder, and trying to save our child and not being able to, has been the hardest part of my whole life. Thank you, Cuties, you have been incredibly supportive. Beautiful pictures and lovely memories. I know they are looking out for each other just as I know my sister and my Dad are looking out for each other. I lost my previous husband after trying to save him and it has become a reassurance to me that I did all that was possible, but it wasn't to be. I get that in your family, it must seem so out of proportion for a child to go first, before the parents. Sorry it is still such a deep ache for you.

We love you and know it's been hard since Ben died. We miss Ben too. He is still a very special Cutie to so many of us. And now Ben has welcomed his grandparents and they will be delighted when it is your turn to join the family reunion. Just don't make it too soon. We enjoy your company too.

I am so sorry for your losses. Losing those we love is so difficult. Your picture is wonderful and full of love and happiness. I agree. Children should outlive their parents. In 1960 I lost my 17 year old brother to a freak car accident. In 1985 I lost my 7 year old niece to a heart attack and it just about killed our family. We were desperately looking for reasons and wondering what we could have done differently. The big question was Why!!! It broke our hearts years ago and it still hurts. Both of my parents and my husband have passed. The memories we have of loved ones keeps them with us forever. The pain of losing them never completely goes away but we learn to Cherish those memories and know they are with God and each other. Hugs and blessings, Barba
