You could instead of the date add the wording 50 years. The heart design is from mygardened and I added the wording. These could turn into a bookmark or added to a small candy bag

I was thinking of a coaster for people's drinks. I love using them so there is no condensation mark on the table. You could use a Stag and a Deer design for male and female, or a Buck and Bunny, Lion and Lioness etc. anything with a male and female counterpart and do it in a simple redwork, blackwork etc. on FSL or something that doesn't take too long to stitch out! Love Chris

I agree with Chris mug rugs would be easier to mass produce, they could have 50th Anniversary worded on them or if they are for Donny's fellow residences they could have their names on them.

I was thinking 50 years of love lol thanks
How about just something with the love idea. They will remember the event it connected to and it will be more generally useful. A hearts and flowers mug rug? While I'm here, I need an update on Donnie???
He is starting to eat a little at each meal like cup of tea and a toast ***a half bowl of soup BUT he don't know or remember there is a spot on his lung****He walks me to the door now and steps outside long enough to as he says to get the stink off of him lol***Thanks for asking ****

That's a lot of gifts! I would not do FSL as it takes toooo long to stitch out even a small design...How about key fobs...they are useful, quick and easy...they can be done in any shape and lettering is easy to add...and Kam Snaps are an easy and fast way to close them...and you can set up multiples of them in one hooping.

I embroidered napkins for my parent's 50th anniversary years back. Was able to purchase dinner napkins from a restaurant supplier for a very good price. (These would be much quicker than mug rugs.)

What about an embroidered hankie? Family members can add other events to another corner and keep passing it on...
