Abby came wandering through the house, saw the piece of fabric with the ballerinas and wanted me to make her something out of it.. Soooooooooo hunted through my stash and found other fabrics to go with it and the skirt is the result Needless to say, she loved it. She will be 8 in May and wants to learn to sew but with dancing lessons and violin lessons don't know how we are going to work it in. I'll somehow find a way.

Very cute. My granddaughter wants to learn to sew also but same issues get in the way. And usually the other 3 grands want to come at the same time and that is too much distraction. Good luck and let us know how you work it out. Hugs. Nan

Since the only 2 Greats I have near are Abby and her brother. We would have no interruptions. Probably going to have to wait 'till school is out though
