I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. MRI found a tear in 3 different muscles.

Take time with your recovery from your rotor cuff surgery. I know that a lot of insurance companies only allow 6 or less weeks of physical therapy. But it takes a lot longer for it to fully recover. Be sure to ask whay kinds of exercises you can do at home.
