This is a graduation present from Jim & I to a young woman who is going to be interning in Uganda for 10 weeks.......The wording says Community Health in Swahili.....it translates to Social Health, but that is as close as I could get it......I did her name in a halographic thread and it sure does shine (which you can't see in pic)

Oh my! That'll be an fantastic experience for her. Great design for the jeans. Will remind her of home. I don't think I've ever seen that kind of thread before, or even heard of it for that matter. Maybe I've been blind, but I'll have to look it up.
