Happy am I. At the beach in Gulf Shores Al. In a 3 bdrm condo right on the beach with daughter, her hubby, Grand daughter and her hub and Caleb and Abby. Came down Mon and will leave on Sat. 2 more coming in today, Brian and his wife Tracy. The weather is marvelous. Some difficulty walking on the sand but at waters edge I am fine. Love sitting on our balcony watching them all play . Thankful the kids take me where ever they go. Can always find a place to sit when I get tired. Wish you were all here with me.Lillian

OH Miss Lillian..I love Gulf Shores! I know you are having a great time. My fave times were just sitting on the balcony watching the waves and hearing the ocean sounds late at night. Haven't been in a long time. Have extra fun for me!

I will Gerry . I try to get them to go their own way and just let me sit and enjoy the sight of it all. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Lillian, when we lived in Mobile, we use to go to Gulf Shores quite often - that was way back, it wasn't very built up then. But, oh what a sweet beach, we always had such fun there!! Enjoy and soak up that lovely sun (sent some to us in Michigan!). I will be thinking of you there! Enjoy your family! Hugs, Laura

LOL You would hardly recognize it these days. been coming here for over 50 yrs. boy how it has changed. Remember when there were no High Rises. So beautiful back then.
