This quilt was made for a Christmas present for my husband. I was able to get it pieced without him seeing it. Gave him the unfinished top and bottom for his present. He loves the finished quilt more than I thought he would. This is the first quilt, pieced and quilted on the new machine and only the 4th quilt I have made. I will never make another reversible quilt where the designs on both sides must match. The "I's"are quilted different than the border. Had it finished at the beginning of March.

Excellent piece! What machine did you do this on and what size quilt is it?

Thank you. The quilt is twin bed size but using it on our standard double bed. It is 66 inches by 85 inches. Quilted on a Baby Lock Aventura machine. The machine has approximately an 8.5 inches from needle to the right, so it is a little tight for a quilt this size. Of the quilts I have made (This is my fourth) this has been the easiest one to piece. I thought my 30 year old White Jean Machine was great but I am in love with my Baby Lock.

A great design for a man and the fabric you chose is perfect. I am not surprised that he loves the quilt

Well done Pam, it's a fabulous design and I am very impressed that you matched the back to the front! Love Chris

Thank you.I will never do that again. I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to make it reversible. It took hours and hours to match both sides but glad I did, it makes it unique.

great choice of colours and design. sometimes a bit difficult to choose for men, isn't it.

It is hard to choose fabric for men. There are a couple of floral designs included but the colors were so good I could not leave them out.
