(My brother in law and sister in law have just done the same trip that we did to Canada and Alaska and have gone on to New York and they had to change rooms as the air-con wasn't working in the one they had! They've gone to see "Beautiful" the Carole King story, so hopefully when they return their new room will be cool for them.) It's so strange to see you having such hot conditions like we get here every summer in Australia.

It's been very hot here in Oklahoma, too. We have some extreme high heat, but thankful that we've not had the wild fires like in the west. Was in the Netherlands back in 60's and it was beautiful there country.
