I get to brag a bit today - Jasana and her team mate Bianca represented their Primary School in the National Aerobics championships up in Queensland this weekend.
AND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They came first in their grouping!
To say Jasana is excited is an understatement! We are all so proud of her and her dedication to this sport. Bianca is her best friend and only lives about 10 houses away from the primary school and they practice before school two to three times a week, so great work to them both. I've already posted this on my facebook page, but wanted you gals to know. Love Chris

Hi Laura, yes it's constant dancing with legs often in the splits and up high above their head. Some tumbling is involved with them, but not too much at this stage. Love Chris
