Tote, trying out crazy patchwork. The first chicken had the full fancy thread but I think I prefer the second chicken which is a lot faster to sew out.

Beautiful purse. I noticed your Grandmothers Flower Garden Hexagons on the side of your picture. I have been making blocks very similar to those for several years. Mine are sewn together now and I only lack a few more until I have my quilt top complete!

This is my third Grandmother's garden quilt. I only sew it at night and it does not seem as though I'm making a quilt.

I like both chickens for different reasons, but they both are terrific on this tote! Like your quilt in progress too. That block has survived the years as everyone seems to love it in all it's variation.
