Been sewing an outfit for Jasana for book week on Wednesday. She is going as the little girl Sally from The Cat In The Hat played by Dakota Fanning. The shirt is made of Purple gingham fabric with puffed sleeves and a Peter Pan collar. The skirt is a full circle with straps going over the shoulder and I have to put a cross bar on the front to hold the straps together but will do that tomorrow when I take it to her. I have to sew the buttons on too, but that can also be done tomorrow. I sent a picture through and Dana (my daughter) is thrilled with it. I hope Jasana will look great in it. Love Chris

No Chris, it's the 2" wide elastic waistband. I'm putting a piece of green like the straps across the front, but I need to put it on her to get the right measurement. Love Chris

Thanks Shirley. I fitted it on her this afternoon, so all she has to do tomorrow is have her hair done and put some warm leggings on and maybe a body shirt. Its very cold here in the mornings. Love Chris
