WOW! So gorgeous. Mike has just grown about 20 Canna Lillies (yellow) from seed. I'll send pics when they bloom next spring.

My grandmother was a farm wife and didn't have much time for flowers, but she had about a 20 foot circle of red cannas in front of the farm house. It was always there to greet us in season.

These are glorious Betsey, are they all Day Lilies? If they are do they really only last one day? Love Chris

Yes, all daylilies The pink one is a double daylily, double the number of petals. Some of my more over-hybridized ones are "extended bloom", which might give a day and a half! But again, the hybrids may produce 30 or 40 blooms, so I don't grieve the brevity of each bloom. They are a joy to me.
