The is a halloween cuff. I love the little curls. I made it for my daughter, in the baby size as her wrists are tiny. Inthe picture on the website it looks like it ribbon casing. I am going to write her and inquire before I stitch more. I used a sparkle tulle instead of organza. I wish it would show in the photo. Thanks for looking and Happy Stitching!

This is wonderful and scary! Yes, enlarged really shows off how wonderful it is. It looks like a casing for a ribbon so that it could be tied onto the arm or wherever.
