I made a set of coasters for myself (W) using the Victorian
Scroll Trapunto Font from Embroidery Library. I set the font on top of an applique square. I liked it so much I made a set for a hostess gift for Thanksgiving (F) .

These are terrific! I can't quite figure out if you did an applique on top or not, and if you turned them inside out. Love that font too!

I first put down the background fabric, then did an applique on top of that square and continued with the font. I hope that helps.
